One of the beautiful things about camp is that everyday is new and exciting! We have two weeks of our Student Summer Camps where we do all things camp! We are cabin counselors, worship leaders, recreation guides, small group leaders and more. Our other eight weeks of camp are hosting large Student groups as they have their camp on our campus. During these weeks, we strive to be excellent hosts, building relationships with the students and leaders, removing any obstacle from their path that might distract from the main point of camp: JESUS!

The purpose of our Summer programming and ministries is to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. As such, it is very important that Staff and Volunteers have a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. All Full Time Staff must be at least 18 years old. Part Time Staff and Volunteers may be 16 or 17  years old. All Staff and Volunteers are required to pass a Level 2 background screen and complete Sexual Abuse Awareness Training. The camp pays for the screening and training.

Absolutely! We love our volunteers. Students and adults may volunteer to help with Summer Camp. Students must be 16 years old to volunteer. Community volunteer hours can be signed for those who need them. We also have RV spots available for adults who would like to volunteer. It's a wonderful opportunity to volunteer and then return to your own premises at the end of the day.  Volunteers must complete an Interest Form and pass a Level 2 Background Check.

Yes, Full Time Summer Staff are offered a stipend as well as lodging and meals.

There are MANY moving parts to camp! Each role and responsibility is valuable...no role is more important than another! There are opportunities to work in the Coffee Shop, Camp Store, Kitchen, Groundskeeping, Life Guards, and of course, cleaning. One of the most important things our Staff will do over the summer is connect with students and leaders for the glory of God! We strive to be the best hosts, have strong programming, and do it all so that others will come to know Christ.

Full Time Summer Staff are offered lodging on campus in our 6-person cabins. The assigned cabins are gender-specific and include a private bathroom. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the cabins for staff.

Staff Training will be May 24-28, 2027. It will begin Monday morning and continue until Friday at 5:00 pm. All staff are asked to be moved in on campus by Sunday, May 23, 2027.

Our Summer Staff employees are scheduled to work from May 31 - July 30, 2027. Accommodations can be discussed if an employee has previous obligations before committing to camp.

We love our Life Guards! If you would like to be a Certified Life Guard with us this Summer, we offer FREE Life Guard Certification for all Summer Staff who are interested. The dates for Life Guard Training are May 14-16, 2027. Training will be on campus. Long distance staff may stay on campus during training and meals will be provided.
